Makkala Mane (ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮನೆ, meaning Children’s home) is a project of Samaja Vikasa Kendra Trust (R), a Voluntary Organization established in the year 1993. Makkala Mane is a home for destitute girl children with basic facilities like food, shelter, education, recreation. Providing the children a space for self development and shaping them self reliant, responsible citizens are our prime concerns. A dedicated team of volunteers, social Activists and teachers are working for the children of Makkala Mane.
